Our Story
Thirty years in IT. One real obsession.
Coffee was always part of the job — fuel for the late nights, the only consistent thing across every state and country I traveled to for work. But it never tasted the same twice. That curiosity turned into a habit, the habit into experiments with beans and roasts, and in 2015 I traded a career in IT for one in coffee. Guilford Roasting Company is named for the shoreline town where I've raised my family for the past 26 years — and where every blend still starts as a small batch, tested until it's right.
