We use Catuai, Mundo Novo, Icatu and Bourbon beans from the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais, Sul de Minas has a rich coffee heritage that dates back centuries.
Sul de Minas played a pivotal role in Brazil’s coffee industry, contributing significantly to the country’s emergence as the world’s largest coffee producer. The region’s fertile soils and favorable climate provided the ideal conditions for coffee farming to flourish, resulting in a long-standing tradition of excellence in coffee cultivation.

Process: Natural, Brazil’s climate lends itself to dry processing, which involves drying the coffee cherries in the sun until they are hard and black.
Altitude: 950-1,100M
Tasting Notes: Mild acidity, Medium Body, Chocolate, Lemongrass, Roasted Almonds, Clean and Sweet.
